"I’ve worked with Warmfront for approximately 2 years on a fully funded cavity wall insulation project for Bromford. Warmfront are excellent at identifying properties that could benefit from CWI. Since I’ve been involved in delivering works with Warmfront they have identified in excess of 2450 properties that could benefit from ECO funding.
I think my personal highlight of working with Warmfront was how they responded to the challenges COVID-19 brought. I was in the middle of delivering the contract when COVID-19 struck. I must say Wamfront have been second to none when it came to implementing changes to ensure they delivered the contract in a COVID safe manner. The safety of their employees and our customers was their top priority. I was expecting a lot of apprehension from our customers about having surveys carried out in their homes. However, the way the surveyors have executed the revised RAMS meant we had very little in the way of customer enquiries other than to confirm we were working with Warmfront.
I would happily work with Warmfront again in the future and would definitely recommend their services. Alex and Kim always do their best to answer any queries and action any requests that are made."
