‘Southern Housing Group appointed The Warmfront Team as their ECO partner in 2016 and over the next three years they delivered a successful project of nearly 4000 fully funded energy improvement measures across the existing housing stock. Their team of domestic energy assessors excelled in identifiying funded measures (more than the stock data led to be possible), and the completion of post work EPC’s (all fully funded) as part of the process helped to improve the energy data we held for our housing portfolio.
Overall the programme led to improved comfort and reduced bills for residents as well as improving the Group’s energy performance profile, helping towards its sustainability targets – it was our most successful funded energy programme to date.
The Warmfront Team are experienced at working with social housing providers, understanding the needs of both landlords and residents.
